NEW DELHI: PM Narendra Modi on Monday made yet another appeal to BJP workers to share stories of unsung heroes of the party leaders on ‘Kamal Pushp’, a module of the NaMo app, which was launched during the party’s national executive meeting this month. The PM shared a video on his application, explaining to the cadres how to upload stories.
Modi had recently given an emotional speech about the sacrifices of generations of karyakartas of Bhartiya Jan Sangh and BJP, saying that their contributions resulted in the creation of the world’s largest political party. “BJP is a party driven by cadre and tradition, and not by dynasty or family, and hence, it is extremely important for today’s karyakartas to connect with the stories of past karyakartas,” he had said.
Modi urged people to use the ‘Kamal Pushp’ module of the party to document the life and times of inspirational karyakartas of the past. ]
